Ken Starr appears to have an axe to grind against women and girls. He has repeatedly defended men who abuse women and girls.

He defended Donald Trump during his first impeachment trial. Trump stands accused of sexual violence by more than 23 woman and underage girls.

Starr worked tirelessly to defend Jeffrey Epstein, who sex trafficked children to wealthy men. Starr played a crucial role in getting Jeffrey Epstein’s 2008 cushy deal.

In 2008, Starr helped Epstein broker a plea deal with federal prosecutors in Florida — Jeb Bush was Florida’s governor. At the time, Epstein was under investigation for sexually abusing minors.

In this deal, Epstein did NOT have to plead guilty to sex-trafficking of children. Instead, he pled guilty to solicitation of prostitution and solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18.

Fact: This deal implied that the children Epstein sex-trafficked were prostitutes and able to consent.

Epstein was sentenced to only 18 months in jail, where he was let out on weekends to go to “work.” He was registered in Florida as a sex offender.

Ghislaine Maxwell was also protected in the same brokered sweetheart deal.

Starr has repeatedly demonstrated his support for abusers of women and girls.

While serving as President of Baylor University, Starr reportedly hosted a fundraiser at his home for one of the Baylor University football players who stood accused of rape.

Later, Starr was ousted from Baylor awash allegations that Baylor had “mishandled“ multiple cases involving football players who were accused of sexually assaulted women.

After President Joe Biden won, Starr slithered out to falsely claim that dead people voted.

Now, Americans are learning that Starr was a supporter of Brett Kavanaugh.

He continued his support knowing there were additional allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh. Allegations which had not made public during the time of Kavanaugh’s confirmation.

Professor Laurence Tribe @TribeLaw Tweeted, “Once upon a time, I thought Ken Starr had at least a smidgen of integrity. Now the burden of proof shifts to him.”
