If Trump Refuses To Leave, He Will Be Dragged From The White House

On multiple occasions, despot-wannabe Donald Trump has expressed his desire not to leave office should he be defeated. Even other political leaders have said he should be awarded additional years as repayment for the investigation into his relationship with actual despot Vladimir Putin. Despite coming out recently and saying he will leave office if he loses to Presidential Candidate Joe Biden in the upcoming election, can any citizen of this country take him at his word anymore? The answer: no.
Trump told Fox newscaster Harris Faulkner during an interview, despite him thinking his loss would be a “very bad thing for our country,” that if he doesn’t win, he doesn’t win, and then implying he will go on to do something different. However, Trump has gone on record in the past saying he doesn’t have plans on leaving any time soon, even going as far as suggesting he will stay in office up to the next 29 years. He also expressed interest in emulating China’s elimination of the two-term limit, saying: “maybe we’ll have to give that a shot someday.” Even Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, had concerns with what Trump could do should he have to pass over the mantle of his presidency to a successor.
Trump hasn’t been the only political figure interested in extending his time in office, as former governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee, declared Trump will be “eligible” for another term due to the “illegal” attempts by democrats and the media to expose his relationship to Russia.
Joe Biden, to the possibility of Donald Trump refusing to step down and leave the presidency, said he is absolutely convinced Trump will be forcibly escorted from the White House. And that is a sight I’m sure many would love to bear witness to, after all of the failings, lies and embarrassment the American people have had to endure these last four years. If Trump could give us one thing, it would be that bit of entertainment. It wouldn’t be enough to make up for all of the awfulness of his attempted reign, but it would be his first and last step in the right direction.
