In the wee hours of Friday morning, Twitter began to buzz with speculation when Steve Kornacki reappeared in the MSNBC studio at around 1:00am.
Next, the Washington Post reported that the Secret Service detail around Joe Biden was being increased.
Lawrence O’Donnell of MSNBC Tweeted, “Secret Service sends in more agents when they know there is a winner. They never did this for John Kerry or Mitt Romney. The agents added to Biden's security detail are the ones who will walk him into the Oval Office.”
Pennsylvania put Biden and Harris over the 273 electoral college votes—3 more than were needed, making Biden President-Elect Joe Biden.
Kamala Harris shattered the glass ceiling when she became the first woman Vice President-Elect. She will be the first woman to hold the office. She will also be America’s first Black and South Asian Vice President.
