Should Trump's Potential Tax Fraud Invalidate His Supreme Court Nominations?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi appeared on MSNBC stating that due to Donald Trump’s massive debts and his failure to divest himself of his business, Americans can’t know if Trump received assurances from his Supreme Court nominees and other judicial nominees in exchange for personal favors for nominations.
Trump paid a paltry $750 in federal income taxes the year he became president. During his first year office, he paid another $750 — there is something very wrong with this number. That’s under $1000 dollars for a self-proclaimed billionaire for an entire year.
Trump has multiple problems. On Sunday, the New York Times published an article proving:
Trump is a failed businessman.
Trump paid less taxes than most regular folks.
Trump in a massive amount of debt to somebody — we don't know who yet.
New York DA Cyrus Vance has Trump’s tax records and Deutsche bank records so he can indict Trump for fraud.
Should Trump Be Selecting Judges?
Most Americans agree that Trump will probably be indicted for tax evasion and fraud by the State of New York once he leaves office. Should Trump be allowed to select the judges that could decide his case?
Speaker Pelosi doesn’t think so.
Pelosi excoriated Trump stating, “No sense of decency. A president who wants parades of the military paying homage to him in front of the White House like he’s some kind of a dictator, yet is he paying for any of that? The protection of our country? $750? Yeah. It’s a disdain for America’s working families. It’s a — it’s not right, but our responsibility is to protect and defend and we have to make sure we know what exposure the President Of The United States has to, and what an impact it has on national security decisions for our country.”
Pelosi continued, “The issue of morality is a larger one. As you began, you said, let me be frank and went through some of the other immoralities that the president has been involved it. It really raises the question. He almost has a conflict of interest how he’s appointed judges who are all waiting for his cases to rise to the level of district appeals, the supreme court of the United States.”
Trump was caught and impeached for extorting Ukraine in an effort to cheat in the 2020 election. Trump may have cheated on his taxes.
Should Trump be allowed to stack the Supreme Court so he can cheat justice?
