Is Trump Using Morning Joe & Heartbroken Family To Distract From His Coronavirus Failings?
By Sophie Sizzle
Donald Trump again raised a baseless theory to accuse MSNBC host Joe Scarborough of murder on Twitter today. Trump clearly wants everyone focusing on his lies rather than the 100,000 people who have died of Coronavirus and the millions who are left unemployed.
Trump doesn’t appear to care if his distraction campaign hurts the family of Lori Klausutis. Klausutis died of a heart condition in 2001 when she was 28-years-old.
Trump doesn’t appear to care if his lies harm the reputation of MSNBC Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough.
Family and friends of Lori Klausutis have been forced to watch in horror as Trump debases the memory of their loved one with his nonsense conspiracy theory.
It is believed that Trump is callously using Lori’s death to distract Americans from the nearly 100,000 people who have died due to Trump’s gross mishandling of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Tim Klausutis, Lori’s husband, wrote to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey begging Dorsey to please remove the Trump Tweets.
Tim wrote:"Nearly 19 years ago, my wife, who had an undiagnosed heart condition, fell and hit her head on her desk at work. She was found dead the next morning. Her name is Lori Kaye Klausutis and she was 28 years old when she died. Her passing is the single most painful thing that I have ever had to deal with in my 52 years and continues to haunt her parents and sister."
Trump and his eldest son, Donald Trump Junior, launched a similar coordinated attack against Joe Scarborough earlier this month.
Miki Brzezinski, Co-host of Morning Joe and wife of Joe Scarborough, clapped back on both Morning Joe and Twitter.
Brzezinski said: "Donald...You're really a cruel, sick, disgusting person. You won't even wear a mask to protect people from your germs, the germs you are spreading.”
Earlier this month, Brzezinski called on Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to remove Trump’s slanderous posts.
Twitter has taken no action to protect Lori’s grieving family from being callously used by Trump to distract from his failure to act during the Coronavirus pandemic. Twitter has taken no action to protect the reputation of MSNBC host Joe Scarborough.
This has raised the question: Is there anything Trump won’t do or say to distract Americans from his failure to act during the initial 7 weeks of the pandemic which lead to the deaths of nearly 100,000 Americans and leaving millions unemployed?
Trump still has no test kits, still no masks, still no plan. He spent the weekend playing on the golf course.
