Why Open Your Gym, But Not Your Bank?
Reopening America’s massage parlors, malls, hair salons, gym’s BUT not banks, dentists or doctor’s offices is odd. Are politicians protecting big insurance donors?
It’s strange that during the Coronavirus Pandemic Trump and his Toadies are reopening business like gyms, bowling alleys, hair salons and malls, while banks, dental offices and doctor offices will remain closed.
Isn’t a visit to the bank, dentist or doctor more essential to most Americans than spending the day bowling or shopping at the mall?
The pattern may be that gyms, hair salons, bowling alleys and malls don’t typically provide health insurance to their employees. In contrast, banks, dentists and doctor offices typically do provide health insurance.
So I have to ask: Are Trump and his Toadies protecting big insurance donors by keeping businesses that typically provide health insurance to their employees closed?
Moreover, are Trump and his Toadies more willing to put poorer people who work in a gym, hair salon or mall at greater risk than wealthier bankers, doctors and dentists.
Trump and his Toadies has proved again today by having Barr’s DOJ drop charges against Michael Flynn—after Flynn plead guilty—that they are corrupt. It demonstrates that they believe that they are superior to regular folks.
Americans deserve answers. Hopefully, Adam Schiff’s idea of setting up a 9/11 style commission will provide Americans with answers because “Right Matters” and “Truth matters.”
