Why Were Rudy Giuliani and Roger Stone at the Willard Hotel on Insurrection Day?
Giuliani stated in his Jan. 6 speech “the plan for today is perfectly legal.” Therefore, it’s reasonable to conclude there was a premeditated plan.

On November 3, 2020, Donald Trump could see that polling showed he would appear to be in the lead on election night because most Democrats were mailing in their ballots due to the pandemic.
Trump could also tell from polling that he was likely to lose the election if all the votes were counted.
Trump was desperate to find a way to steal Joe Biden’s win. Giuliani was willing to help.
Insurrection Day
Giuliani was caught on video exiting the Willard Hotel on January 6, the morning of the insurrection.
Why were Giuliani and Roger Stone both at the Willard on January 6?
The Willard Hotel is where Trump allegedly had a “Command Center.”
Trump also reportedly had a “War Room” at the Trump International Hotel in D.C.
Giuliani Told Trump Supporters the Plan Was Legal
Giuliani spoke on January 6 at Trump’s rally. In his speech Giuliani promised Trump supporters that “Number one; every single thing that has been outlined as the plan for today is perfectly legal.”
Giuliani continued, “Over the next 10 days, we get to see the machines that are crooked, the ballots that are fraudulent, and if we’re wrong, we will be made fools of. But if we’re right, a lot of them will go to jail.”
Giuliani then encouraged violence stating, “Let’s have trial by combat. I’m willing to stake my reputation, the President is willing to stake his reputation, on the fact that we’re going to find criminality there.”
Giuliani finished his speech insisting, “they cheated.”
The Plan
Giuliani denies inciting the mob to riot, claiming the mob’s actions were premeditated. Maybe the actions were premeditated — Giuliani stated in his speech “the plan was perfectly legal.”
Therefore, it’s reasonable to conclude two things:
1) There was a plan.
2) Giuliani knew about it.
Stone Left the Willard
On February 5, 2021, ABC News caught Roger Stone lying about never leaving his room at the Willard Hotel on January 6, the day of the insurrection. Video obtained by ABC News proves Stone left the hotel. Here is a screenshot taken from the infamous video of Stone with Oath Keepers outside the Willard.
Moreover, Giuliani also appears in the video, exiting the Willard Hotel.
Here is a screenshot: Giuliani appears on the video January 6, the morning of the Capitol attack. He reportedly left the Willard at 10:16am. He then walked over to a black SUV.
On February 14, 2021, John Scott-Railton @jsrailton Tweeted, “Interesting detail: while scrutinizing the video of Roger Stone I spotted Rudy Giuliani exiting the same hotel. Giuliani is accompanied by a man wearing the same outfit as Trump supporter John Eastman & other not-yet ID'd people.”
Here is a closeup of Giuliani with the same man (wearing the same clothes) captured on the January 6 video with Stone. This was taken outside the Willard Hotel.

On June 12, 2021 @_lee_miles Tweeted to Seth Abramson, “Seth: The person in the pre-insurrection meeting with Giuliani seems to be wearing the same (or similar) neck bandana & glasses strap as the one guarding Stone on Jan 6 morning outside the Willard Hotel. Then he's seen later leading the attack on the Capital.”

Giuliani’s Law License Suspended
A New York court suspended the Trump attorney’s law license for making “demonstrably false and misleading statements” about the 2020 election, while serving as Trump’s personal lawyer.
According to the Court, Giuliani told numerous lies about the election.
Lies Upon Lies
On November 17, 2020, Giuliani appeared in Federal Court in the case of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. v Boockvar and claimed, “nationwide voter fraud.” He provided no evidence.
On his radio program “Chat with the Mayor,” Giuliani continued to repeatedly claim voter fraud.
Giuliani claimed everything from underage people voted, dead people voted, illegal aliens voted…basically it appears he said anything to prop-up Trump’s Big Lie.
Fun Fact: Giuliani along with Powell are both being sued by Dominion Voting for making false claims about election fraud that implicated the company.
Meanwhile, Trump is reportedly refusing to pay Giuliani for his efforts challenging Trump’s loss.
Giuliani Damaged His Credibility
Giuliani damaged his credibility propping up election fraud nonsense.
On April 28, 2021, the FBI searched his apartment in regards to his actions in Ukraine. His law license has been suspended. Lastly, his credibility as “America’s Mayor” has been damaged.
