I’m finding Counter Social to be very positive. Even looking at the photos people post & the pages they create -there’s a tremendous amount of creativity, ingenuity, and intellect. I was planning to leave Twitter when Musk took over, but I was permanently suspended for saying something mean about the NRA the week before.  Of course, I’m still happier to see kids come home in a school bus & not a body bag, so no big deal! I had 7500 followers and had connected with a few thru DM and email but for about 16 or 17 of them-I had no email and I feel very badly. I don’t want them to feel I deserted them. My appeals for just one hour to say goodbye to those folks was dismissed.  Twitter til so much of my time. I’m better able to control how much time I spend on CounterSocial. It’s more drop in drop out rather than a constant flow of information and miss information. Just coming back from a fabulous six weeks in Italy so sharing travel photos has been very exciting and comfortable.  Everyone loves Italy! I hope that my followers from Twitter will follow me -same handle: sddphoto. In truth, it feels good to have an alternative!
